We are dedicated to turning ordinary athletes into stronger, faster and more explosive game-changers. While most programs are designed to focus on skills, we strive to improve the athlete.     BLITZ has your back! Your kids are off from school. Let us take them off your hands for the day. Our mini-camps, designed for athletes ages 5-12, will have them running, jumping and training like the pros. Don't worry. It's camp - We will have some fun too. Athletes will be divided up into age-based squads for most of the camp, allowing for level-specific curriculum (See Below for a Description of Levels)

    Camps generally run from 9am - 2pm and include the following:

    - Group Warm-Up
    - "The Concrete Combine" - Strength, Speed & Power Assessment
    - Plyometric/Jump Training
    - Agility & Speed Drills
    - Multi-Sport Strength Exercises
    - Sports Games & Activities
    - Break for Lunch (NOTE - Lunch is NOT Provided)
    - Gifts for the Athletes

LEVELS OF TRAINING

THUNDER BUDS (Ages 5 & 6)

Your future superstars are learning the basics of athletic training. While Thunder Buds are working on developing coordination and refining motor skills, they will begin to practice the foundational exercises that they will carry with them through the BLITZ program.

LITTLE LIGHTNING (Ages 7-9)

Your athletes are now likely involved in more organized sports activities. This is an important time to enhance their overall athletic abilities. While they are improving their strength, speed and power, we are helping them develop higher levels of confidence on and off the field.

HURRICANE CREW (Ages 9-12)

This is when things really start to pick up. The Hurrican Crew athletes are at an age when the level of competition increases greatly. BLITZ helps them stay ahead of the curve. Exercises and drills are specially selected to help them stand out as future champions.

BLITZ VARSITY (Ages 13-15)

Athletes are now ready for the next level of strength & conditioning. While most athletes this age are being bombarded with skill work, BLITZ athletes are performing exercises designed to move faster, jump higher and help them become leaders in their sport(s).

BLITZ ELITE (Ages 16+)

In order to be a champion you have to train like one. BLITZ Elite Athletes are following programs influenced and utilized by the top coaches in the world. We help them transition from high school-level to college-level and beyond.

ADULT PROGRAMS (Athletes of All Ages)

Whether training for a race, for a sport or for life, adult athletes (Yes. We're all athletes.) can benefit from the sports conditioning programs and exercises used by the top training coaches and athletes in the world. BLITZ truly is for athletes of all ages and abilities.
